We offer a range of in house services and are capable of managing projects that range anywhere from $5,000 to $500,000+. Most of our the work is completed by our very capable team and we have a diverse range of skills and experience amongst our 20+ staff along with the highest quality tools and equipment including small tipper trucks and diggers.

For specialist work we draw on a carefully curated community of experienced subcontractors. We have established some great, mutually beneficial working relationships with designers, earth-workers, concreters, block layers, electricians and plumbers to name a few.

This model allows us to manage the overall outcome of the project for our clients - ensuring timing, budget and quality is maintained and communicated effectively.

A typical lead time is 6-8 weeks, however during the busy periods of the year, and given the current climate we can be booked up to 3-4months in advance.

Once a project is accepted we will take a small deposit and book it in the schedule and provide a confirmation start date. Please bear in mind these dates are approximations and can move based on a variety of factors.

We currently have 5x members of or team progressing through their landscape apprenticeships, soon to be fully qualified.

The rest of our team has a wide variety of expertise in different areas that cover the broader term of Landscape Construction or Hardscaping. Along with Softscaping experience including planting, lawns and garden maintenance.

On the management side we have a large amount of experience in business, service and people management. Our team is made up of a Director, Admin, Sales and two Project Leaders. Fully capable of providing expertise and management of a project from start to finish.

We can tailor our payment terms to suit a particular client or project. Generally we require a 5-10% booking deposit to secure and schedule new projects into our system. From there we commonly issue weekly progress claims as a percentage of completed work. This often covers pre-purchasing of materials etc

For all projects of all sizes we are 100% committed to providing the best possible outcome. As part of this commitment and in line with NZ Building Standards we are happy to provide a clear, written warranty on all of our work. For all projects over $30k we provide our clients with a Residential Building Contract which specifically outlines our warranties relevant to the work we produce - in any instance this is a minimum of 12 months
