Feature Landscapes are looking for a Landscaping Team Leader to join our busy team.
At Feature Landscapes we are passionate about landscaping from design to finish and are looking for a Team Leader to help achieves our client’s goals.
You must be comfortable running a job and work site autonomously. Teams are usually split into 2-3 guys – a team leader, leading hand and labourer if required.
No two days are the same, we cover most things in-house but do bring in subcontractors for specialist work.
We work on both large and intimate projects and pride ourselves in our attention to detail and customer service.

The experience we had with Feature Landscapes has been so painless, actually fun and enjoyable to see our landscape goes from a wish on a piece of paper to a real thing right in front of our eyes. Todd and Harry provided a lot of guidance and help during the finalizing the project, Luke oversaw the construction, he provided us with the project updates in a weekly basis, we had a very good communication from the very beginning through to finishing. Todd and Harry have done an excellent job on our front yard landscaping project, Their attention to detail on the construction phase was very impressive as we are very fussy clients. Communicated very well onsite and would give us their proposed work schedule each morning to set expectations which was great. The weather was a challenge with the type of excavation required but they managed the subcontractors well. All workers were polite and respectful. We would use Feature Landscapes again.
